I have just started using the services so cannot review to that extent yet, however until now they were very quick to respond, professional and transparent in terms of their services/fees etc, and very pleasant to deal with.

This company supplied me with an accountant that wasn’t a registered accountant, who tried to fraudulently file a tax return with made up figures and calculations that he pulled out of thin air. He tried to get me to sign it off and I. Priced it. When I complained to them, they told me they got rid of him, and apologised & then supplied me with another accountant called simply accounts. This guy Mike, tried to charge me £3400 to file a sole trader tax return with HMRC, and to do some VAT calculations on his calculator for that specific tax return. We agreed a price of £976 but then started sending many invoices over afterwards. I said no way, and ended the relationship and told him not to bother registering me for the VAT as I would have my new accountant look into this, and figure this out for me. I explained this in an email. He lied to me and told me he had already registered me. A week later I found out from HMRC he registered me after I ended the relationship and told him not to in an email. What he did was go and register me after he received and replied to this email, and registered me for VAT, so he could charge me the fee for doing it! I made a complaint to Jast Partnership who are this company on Bark, sent them the evidence of what he had done, and they was hostile and defensive of this guy, then blaming me. It’s the most outrageous practise I’ve ever witnessed in my ten years of business! I would urge all company’s to stay as far away from this company as possible. Horrendous 4 months of my life dealing with them. Something that Is turning into a long lasting court case with the relevant authority’s that I have got involved. Steer clear is my advise. They don’t have your best interests at heart. That’s for sure!
